$425.00 with a 1 year lease
$450.00 with 6 month lease
$474.00 for month to month lease
Deposit: $250.00 (200.00 refundable, $50 non-refundable)

Our 2 bd 1 bath apartment is about 700 sf also with lots of closet space. Comes with complete kitchen and plenty of cabinets.

Rates:
$525.00 with 1 year lease
$550.00 for 6 month lease
$575.00 for month to month lease
Deposit: $300.00 ($250.00 refundable, $50 non-refundable)

Other Fees:
$25 non refundable application fee
Pet deposit $200.00 non refundable - pet
