Our 1 bd 1 bath apartment is around 500 sf with ample closet and storage space. It comes with a full kichen (refrigerator,stove, disposal, and plenty of cabinets) and a nice sized pantry.

Rates:
$425.00 with a 1 year lease
$450.00 with 6 month lease
$474.00 for month to month lease
Deposit: $250.00 (200.00 refundable, $50 non-refundable)

Our 2 bd 1 bath apartment is about 700 sf also with lots of closet space. Comes with complete kitchen and plenty of cabinets.

Rates:
$525.00 with 1 year lease
$550.00 for 6 month lease
$575.00 for month to month lease
Deposit: $300.00 ($250.00 refundable, $50 non-refundable)

Other Fees:
$25 non refundable application fee
Pet deposit $200.00 non refundable - pet

We currently have THREE one bedroom apartments vacant, starting at $425 with a one year lease.

We have THREE 2bd apartment available for rent. Two of which have recently been renovated with new paint, texture and flooring. Our two bedroom apartments start at $525/mo with a one year lease.
